Submitting a request does not mean you will receive an offer or be approved, and you have no obligation to accept any offer. Westside Lending does not promise any particular rate, amount, term or funding time. Lenders may compensate us as described in our advertiser disclosure. Content on the site is for general information and is not legal, tax or financial advice.
Eligibility to use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to submit a loan request through Westside Lending.

Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you use the Westside Lending service.
- Submit requests only for yourself, using your own identity.
- Do not provide false, misleading or someone else's information.
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or try to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access to it.
- Read every lender's terms carefully before accepting an offer.
By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your information with lenders and partners, and you agree that we and they may contact you by email, phone or text about your request, as described in our privacy policy.
Third-party lenders and their terms
Any loan you accept is an agreement between you and the lender, governed by the lender's own terms, disclosures and privacy policy.
Westside Lending is not a party to your loan and is not responsible for a lender's decisions, products, fees, servicing or conduct. Questions about an existing loan should go to your lender. Links to lender websites are provided for convenience.
Intellectual property
All content on the Westside Lending website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Westside Lending or its licensors and is protected by law.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or distribute site content without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Westside Lending site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
